Heli Skiing in Iceland is operated at Tröllaskagi (the Troll Peninsula) in Northern Iceland. Heli skiing in this area was developed by Iceland's finest mountaineers that have over 15 years of extensive knowledge of ski mountaineering in the area.
This area is a world class heli skiing location with hundreds of peaks and slopes to explore with an altitude up to 5.000 ft.

The terrain covers more than 4.000 square kilometers that suits every experienced skier and all their demands. The season being from the beginning of March to the end of June gives heli-skiers a unique opportunity to ski in the midnight sun, giving a 24 hour window of opportunity for skiing every day! In addition to all that we are able to ski 3.000 ft straight down to the coastline for our pick-ups.
You will be accommodated at a refurbished private lodge, a former sheepfarm in Skíðadalur (Ski Valley). There you will be provided with all suitable comforts and meals prepared by a private chef. Geothermal pools are close by, so you can soak up and reload your batteries after a good day of skiing!
If that isn't good enough we are able to accommodate you in a highclass scooner taking you fjord to fjord for your skiing adventures. Take off from the shore in your chopper, swoosh down hill to your scooner, have a steak and go for a midnight ride in the moutains while our staff warms your milk before having a good nights sleep in your bunker.
